3 c. wide egg noodles 1 t. oil 1/2 tsp. salt 2 t. margarine 2/3 c. whipping cream 1/3 c. parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp. basil 1/8 tsp. sage
METHOD: 1. In a 3 qt. sauce pan add water and salt. heat to boiling. add oil and then noodles cook until al dente.
2. When you have added noodles sart the sauce
3. Melt margarine in a saute pan. cook untilit is lightly brown. use med to low temp. add 1/3 c. whipping cream and boil rapidly and it should begin to thicken. reduce heat and add cheese and the rest of the cream. cook for 2 min. add basil and sage to sauce.
4. Pour over noodles and enjoy!
