Curry Chicken:Brown onions in butter and 2 tsp olive oil to slight brown. Add chicken, cook for 20 minutes. Add cilantro, ginger, garam masala,
peppers, and garlic. Cook for 15 minutes then add curry powder. Bring to slight boil. Add 2 cups water. Cook for about 45 minutes.
Fried rice:Brown onions in 2 tsp olive oil. Add instant rice and brown slightly. Add water then add 1 cup peas. Cook on low for 10 minutes.
Let stand off the burner for 5 minutes. Serve curry on top of rice garnished with onion and rice vinagar salad.
*This is just a rough outline but i think this will do. I've made this dish so many times for guests that they just cant get enough of it. I've got many differant ways of this recipe but its a winner every time.+ Recipe submitted by D. Owen
