India Tree Alder Smoked Sea Salt
is reminiscent of Northwest Indian potlatch tradition. Pacific sea salt
is smoked for 24 hours over Red Alder until it absorbs the wood’s full,
rich aroma and flavor. Use to season salmon, halibut and other fish.
Combine with crushed green peppercorns to season burgers, baked
potatoes, and corn on the cob.

1 1/2 lbs of salmon fillet with 2 T extra virgin olive oil. Placing the
fillet, skin down in a shallow baking dish, sprinkle 1 teaspoon Alder
Smoked Sea Salt evenly over the top. Roast in a preheated 300 degree
oven, just until barely cooked through. About 30 minutes.
