This herbed sea salt recalls the old popular tradition of blended sea salt with fresh herbs typical of Italy's Venteo region.  It is produced from sea salt and fresh herbs on the Marlunghe Estate and blended fresh with salt rather than dried.  The aromatic quality of wild grown herbs is thus preserved.
